What we watch for you

Our monitoring doesn’t just ping a URL. When a server gets busy, it captures exactly what’s eating it (the heavy processes, the slow database queries, the traffic that shouldn’t be there), so the real cause is found fast, not guessed at. Every incident comes with a plain-English write-up: what happened, what we did, and how we’ll stop it happening again.
